Jill of Fishskin Designs and Hannah of Studio by the Bay and Lazy Cat Closet came together to create something wonderful, hand poured beeswax + coconut soy wax candles with scents inspired by our local lives and some personal faves. 

These scents are exclusive to Lazy Cat Closet and are not available for sale anywhere else! 

Scent Descriptions:

Butze Rapids

Pine, Amber, Berries

You’re hiking butze with your friends and in amongst the beautiful trees and foliage, you stop for a little berry picking moment.

A favourite trail of Rupertites that takes you from Cow Bay to Seal Cove, this fresh scent captures that moment when you sit on a bench to watch the sun go down.

Sit back with a good book, podcast, movie, show, album, whatever, just sit back, burn this candle and enjoy your Lazy Sunday. (Even if it's a Tuesday at 3 am)

  • Shipping

    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

    Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to Canada and the US with free shipping for orders over $150.

    In-store pickup

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Cow Bay Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

    Our in-store pickup hours are 1-5 on Tuesday - Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

    International Shipping

    At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the US, but please contact us if you would like to purchase from another country.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lazycatcloset@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • Returns

    We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lazycatcloset@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
